The contract between us:

The contract for purchases made through the website will be with Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Payment Details

Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Sagepay and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

Availability of Goods You Order

If Corby Kawasaki centre Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd from your Credit Card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 10 days of your order. Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Returns Policy and Shortages

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make . It is our aim to offer you value and quality. In the event of a shortage missing or mispacked item or should you wish to return any item you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods by telephoning 01536 401010 or emailing brian@corbykawasaki.co.uk stating your Invoice number. All electrical items are excluded from our returns policy. Goods must be returned within a 7 day period from the date of invoice. A restocking charge may be applicable on correctly supplied items. Delivery charge refunds are at the descression of Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd.

You will then be required to return such goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition at your own cost (Unless in the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged goods) to:

Alternatively, upon your request we can arrange for the collection of the goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition, from the address specified and shall deduct the cost of this from the cost of your refund.

The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us. A refund will be issued within 10 days of cancellation.

Changes to this agreement

Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
